Executive Functioning & Academic Coaching

Building the systems behind consistent academic performance.

Process Over Content

This is not tutoring. Bryan doesn't teach chemistry or calculus—he works with students on how they organize their time, approach tasks they'd rather avoid, sustain effort when motivation is low, and build habits that support academic persistence. The work sits at the intersection of executive functioning coaching, academic skills development, and motivational support.

The first 1-2 weeks are intentionally intensive (3-4 sessions per week with daily check-ins) to establish momentum and put systems in place quickly. The pace adjusts from there. Later phases focus on momentum building (2-3 sessions per week) and then consolidation—reinforcing habits, mapping next steps.
